EXPUNGEMENT PAROLE & PARDON VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

Expungement is the court-ordered process in which the legal record of an arrest, charge or conviction is erased from a person’s criminal record. Get more information and ask questions virtually from your smartphone, laptop, or make an appointment at your local Goodwill Career Opportunity Center to use our computer workstations.

Not all crimes can be expunged. Cases that can be legally removed from record: Charged and arrested but not convicted (Non-Convictions), Completion of a Diversion Program Certain Misdemeanors
