Get ready, Myrtle Beach! 🎉 Join us on Saturday, June 14th from 2 to 8 PM at Charlie's Place, 1420 Carver Street, for an unforgettable Juneteenth Celebration! Hosted by the dynamic Justin Rufus, five-time host of MB Waves of Praise Gospel Fest, this event promises a day full of freedom, unity, and family fun!
🔥 Enjoy live performances by the 100 Grand Band, Namu Drum Company, MBMS Dance Team, Socastee and Conway High Drum Lines—plus Claudette Melton-Morrison teaching the exciting “Boots on the Ground” line dance!
🎡 There’ll be food vendors, a kids zone, craft vendors, and plenty of fun for everyone! Don’t forget to bring your lawn chair and come ready to celebrate our culture and community!
In case of rain, we’ll move the party to Mary C. Canty Recreation Center at 971 Canal Street.
