This form is for adding names for the Radio Baha'i prayer list. Names added by Thursday evening will be included for the prayers said each day for the following week. You must enter your name and either email or phone number (or both) so that we can verify the request. People will be kept on the prayer list for a week. Please feel free to add names over several weeks as needed.
